I completed my undergraduate study at Harvard University before receiving my MD degree at Boston University School of Medicine Magna Cum Laude. I then completed an internship as well as residency in neurological surgery at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital. Following residency, I completed fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery at the University of Utah, and was then appointed Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas until April 2013.
