After completing my undergraduate degree in 2000, I went on to neurosurgical training at The Walton Centre and Alderhey Hospital in Liverpool, UK, and was appointed a consultant in 2011. I practice in both adult and paediatric neurosurgery, with a particular interest in spinal surgery. As well as this, I have a keen interest in teaching and training, as well as outreach programmes abroad.
